Institutional Success Day will bring faculty and staff together for a collaborative workshop focused on examining and strengthening the value of a SUNY Oneonta education. In partnership with facilitators from the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, participants will explore how institutions define postsecondary value, identify barriers to advancing student success and institutional impact, and consider values-based metrics that help demonstrate the outcomes of a SUNY Oneonta degree. This interactive day will help inform the next phase of institutional strategic planning and reinforce our shared commitment to student success.
