The Faculty Center supports your scholarship by identifying funding opportunities for research and creative activities, assisting with grant applications, and by recognizing and celebrating scholarly achievements. The annual Life of the Mind Showcase, the Community of Scholars program and several faculty awards bring the campus community together to acknowledge faculty and their scholarship. An internal campus grant program based in the Center and several SUNY and UUP grants provide opportunities to secure funding to help advance your scholarship. The Center also provides preliminary assistance with external grant applications and can connect you to other members of the University Grants Team who work on finalizing and submitting your external application through either the Research Foundation or University Foundation.
